Backyard Adventures is thrilled to announce our summer social media giveaway (“Contest”). Get ready to win exciting outdoor play accessories your family can enjoy with your Backyard Adventures play set. 

 

Each month, we will select one winner through a random drawing from eligible entries.

To enter, simply do the following:

1. Like this post and follow @BackyardAdventures on Instagram.
2. Tag Backyard Adventures and share a photo or video of how your family plays on a Backyard Adventures playset using the hashtag #backyardaventurescontest between 12:01 AM on the first of the month and 11:59PM on the last day of the month (“Entry Period”) to be eligible for that month. If you purchased a set from a dealership, please tag them as well (it is not necessary to win).
3. Share your post to your story for an extra entry. 
4. No purchase necessary.

Social Media Giveaway Rules and Disclaimer

1. Eligibility: Residents of the United States, (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories) who are 18 years or older may enter. One entry per family per month. Employees of Backyard Adventures and its affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible. By participating, the entrant agrees to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Backyard Adventures, which are final and binding in all respects.
2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on [Start Date and time] and ends on [End Date and time]. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. 
3. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and announced publicly by the 15th of the month following the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within seven days to claim the prize. For confirmation of the winner, send a hand-written, self-addressed, stamped envelope to [Backyard Adventures, PO Box 159, Riverton, UT 84065]. Requests for a confirmation of the winner must be received by [date]. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
4. Prize: The prize consists of summer-themed, family-friendly outdoor play accessories. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. Prizes cannot be traded in for products or services. Prizes are selected at random and will be shipped from Amazon within 30 days after winner has claimed the prize.
5. Publicity: By entering the Contest, the winner consents to Backyard Adventure’s use of his or her name and/or photograph in any publicity, publications, promotional and marketing material, advertising, and any other print materials, web pages, electronic or other communications published or distributed by Backyard Adventures, and may be required to sign a separate agreement to this effect
6. General Conditions: Backyard Adventures and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Backyard Adventures's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Backyard Adventures and its affiliate dealerships in their sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. In the event that the operation or administration of the Contest is impaired or prevented in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, change of condition, or other technical problems, Backyard Adventures may in their sole discretion, either: (a) terminate the Contest; (b) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules; and/or (c) substitute other prizes for any prize set forth in these Rules that becomes unavailable for any reason. Backyard Adventures reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or acting in violation of these Rules. The determinations of Backyard Adventures are final and binding with respect to any matter arising out of the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Backyard Adventures, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) any errors on the Instagram or other social media  platform that may prevent an entrant from entering or receiving direct messages; (d) printing errors; (e) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (f) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. 
8. Disputes: You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Kansas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Backyard Adventures in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of [enter state] or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.
